Project Joseph

It was in the winter of 1998 and my wife Rinalda and I were serving as missionaries in Russia. We were holding a regional pastors meeting in Moscow and at the end of the meeting I asked anyone who needed prayer to come forward. I asked a certain pastor what his need was and he said, “What do I need? The people in my church have nothing to eat”! At that moment, I was overwhelmed with compassion. He and I prayed a simple prayer for God to provide food for the people.

That afternoon I sent a simple email of that account and by the next day several churches were sending thousands of dollars to meet the need. That was the birth of what we call “Project Joseph.”

Since that time Project Joseph has purchased buildings in Russia and turned them into churches that double as feeding centers. We have also purchased a home for a pastor, supplied funds for renovations and we have feed the hungry in Russia. We are now in Latin America where we are not only feeding the hungry but we have funded the building of five new feeding stations in ghetto areas. We are currently working on a new church building located near a new feeding station in a rural area outside Managua.

Project Joseph is supported mostly by individuals and is volunteer staffed. We send 100% of the funds we receive to feed the hungry and help with mission projects.

If you would like to go on a mission’s trip we can make it happen. If you would like to make a difference without ever leaving home, contact us, we can make it happen.

If we partner together just imagine what we can accomplish.

For the Nations,

Pastor Larry
